This friend from Technomar had urgent need of logistics help. A
batch of ME spares need to be delivered on board of his vessel from Shanghai to
Ningbo port. His agent couldn’t ship the cargo due to customs clearance
problems. The client contacted Dolphin through the introduction of a friend.
Vessel arrived at Ningbo port at 7 o 'clock next morning and would only stay at
the port for 10 hours, but the goods were in the warehouse of his agent at
Yangshan Port. Time was very tight, Dolphin’s logistics team rapidly worked out
a plan, dealed with the customs, crane and all realted documents, then sent
someone to Yangshan Port to pick up the goods at around 12 pm while the
firewords were just on, and then shipped them to Ningbo. After the vessel
arrived at the port, 16 boxes of goods were successfully delivered on board. The
problem was solved, client was very grateful and immediately floated other
enquires of logistics and spare parts, which were the best gift for the new
year!
